We will then be able to determine a market price based on current market trends and the condition of your home.

A recommendation for a Home Inspection Company will be made at the time you list your property for sale. An evaluation of the general maintenance and condition of the property will be prepared in a concise report pinpointing the troubled areas that might otherwise show up much later and create a crisis situation once the sale has progressed.

By following the recommendations found in the Inspection Report we will eliminate the unknown aspect of negotiating an offer from a Buyer that would otherwise be based on the Buyer completing a property inspection. We can eliminate any contingency for an inspection and ultimately, a renegotiation and/or the option to cancel the sales contract.

This approach creates a win-win situation by simultaneously allowing us to help the Buyers and assist the Sellers in knowing what they are selling.

When the Seller makes the repairs to their property we will direct our marketing and advertising for the property as a "Blue Ribbon Property", letting the Realtor Community and potential Home Buyers know that these properties have been pre-inspected and that the Homeowner has a home that has been well maintained.
