Every unit in the Mosaic has a flow-through floor plan and views to the East and the West with a terrace facing in each direction for glorious views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.  There are only 6 units per floor, and residences are reached by private elevator that leads into an elegant foyer entrance.  The Mosaic offers 24-hour security and concierge services, beachside lounge chair, umbrella and food service and private cabanas poolside.  The FitnessCenter has individual televisions mounted to each piece of equipment, his and hers saunas and juice bar. The Social/Club room features a custom designed billiards table, ping pong table, wet bar, wine cellar, cigar locker and serving kitchen, and the Media Room can be used as a 10-seat theatre or meeting room, with seating for 60 on the expansive terrace.  Pets are welcome at the Mosaic.
