The Halcyon is located on the Ocean and has 2 Building and 100 Units. There are four floor plans. The 2BR/2BA Units have 1,585 Square Feet and have an unobstructed Intracoastal views. They are priced from the high $500’ to the mid $700’s. The other 2BR/2BA is a thru and thru unit with 1,910 Square Feet and has Sunrise  and Sunset views. Prices Range from the high $500’s to the low $700’s. There are two 3BR/2.5BA floor plans. The Direct Oceanfront Corner Units have 2,200 Square Feet and huge wrap-around terraces with both Ocean & Intracoastal views. These Units range from under a $1. Million to $1.2 Million. The other 3BR/2.5BA Units face either North or South and have 2215 Square Feet. Pricing ranges from the $600’s to the high $900’s. Pets are not allowed at Halcyon.
