Warden House is one of the classic Palm Beach condos. Originally built in the early 1920s as the estate home of William G. Warden, the former home was converted into a condominium building during the 1980s and still manages to have one of the most desirable locations in town.  You'll literally be right across the street from the beach by choosing this building.

Warden House has all the requisite but there's a strong possibility that whatever downtime you end up having will likely be spent sunbathing on the beach next door to your Warden House condo home.  On the other hand, you can also stay indoors and simply enjoy the breeze coming from the eastern oceanfront.

You'll have a significant amount of beachfront available to the north and south by choosing Warden House.  Alternatively, you can visit spots like the Breakers Golf Course to the south or the Palm Beach Country Club to the north.  Head west to find art museums and shopping just by crossing Flagler Memorial Bridge.
