The Palm Beach Post reports today that South Florida's housing market seems to be bouncing back, although not anywhere near the "Boom" levels of 2005-2006. Fears that buying a home that is still depreciating seem to be fading. Based on reports from the Case-Shiller index, sales of single family homes are on the increase. At Scott Gordon, realtors have noticed the same trend is affecting condominium sales as well. Even the traditionally slower summer months have seen increasing interest in Palm Beach properties, particularly those on the ocean.
