Scott Gordon Realty is pleased to welcome two new members to their staff. Dan Colangelo  and Marcie Hayunga will join forces with Lenny Cohen to form the “Cohen Team” specializing in sales and leasing of luxury waterfront condos and homes  in Palm Beach. Dan  worked as  a Real Estate Broker in New Jersey and more recently owned a Real Estate agency in Lantana, Florida. His experience has been in all phases of Real Estate including residential, commercial, building and appraising. Dan has served on the Palm Beach  Board of Realtors, and is currently Chairman of their Governmental Affairs Committee. In 2012 Dan received A Gold Membership In Sales Award from Illustrated Properties in Manlapan.

Marcie Hayunga worked for Century 21 Tenace and Illustrated Properties prior to joining Scott Gordon Realty. South Florida became Marcie’s home in 2008 after moving from Minnesota. She now claims to be a ‘Floridian at heart’.

Prior to her career in real estate, Marcie was a computer trainer working for the various state colleges and lastly, GMAC Residential Funding Corporation. One of her favorite pastimes was working as a Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics. Her hobbies are traveling, cooking, painting, and learning anything new.
